Hello all. Finally got round to posting here after lurking for a while, learning lots, and diving in eyes wide open to TVR ownership. I am now the proud owner of a Reflex Charcoal T350c. Its beautiful and I love it. The guys at Dream Machines in E. Sussex have been fantastic throughout the last few months it took from deliberations, through ordering, to final collection.

Thanks to the great many people that have provided such a mine of information on these boards (both positive and negative...). It was never going to stop me buying, but I was able to make a number of informed decisions, not least of which was to buy new rather than second hand.

The car has performed flawlessly for its first 700 miles, done over the past two weekends, with no niggles or issues (although it did get a bit grumpy and smelly sat in traffic for two hours in London last Saturday.....). I have been fastidious to the point of anality in keeping within specified rev ranges during the run-in period, but cannot wait to start enjoying the higher bands - 1000 mile service booked in for the end of the month.

Will get pics posted soonest.

Great news, welcome to the club mate!

My car gets v. smelly sometimes too. I don't think it's that uncommon!

Black interior with magnolia highlights, piping and stiching. Still trying to work out how to post pics...

Interesting changes that appear to have been made recently, as compared to the cars I test drove:

- Tuscan seats, which I prefer.
- Additional soundproofing to the carpets, especially in the rear.
- Alpine headset (decent version, to which you can fit the iPod interface) and Alpine speakers front and rear as standard. Sound is very good, and base is excellent.

Sad to see the alloy stalks replaced by plastic versions, although I understand Leven are working on after-market replacements.

Hoping this weekend I won't have to drive in the pouring rain again, unlike the last two....

Congratulations mate, lovely colour. Sure you'll be grinning
for ages !

I too prefer the Tuscan style seats over those in the demo cars
I drove, though that opinion doesn't seem to be that common here.

Am slightly gutted to hear about the stereo change -
the Pioneer fitted to mine is okay, but no iPod connector and
the sound isn't quite as good as the Alpine I had in the Chim.

Bummer about the plastic stalks though, guess it is a case of
"six of one, half a dozen of the other".

Plastic storks can, and of course should (immediately!) be uprated to the alloy items from your dealer.
