Sagaris 'vents'!
Discussion
Hi, I don't know if anyone else has done this but we have dressed our Signal red Sagaris demo with matt black 'fablon' inserts in the 'vent' apertures. This, from five feet plus, makes them appear to be open vents and might be an option for those people who think that their cars' are lacking!! If someone can tell me how to post some pics I'll do so to invite some (Polite!) feedback.
Thanks and best regards, Tony Abrams

find somewhere to host the photos e.g fotango.com
then post them there - get a link to each photo and insert the link between this phrase
[p]insert link[/p]
good luck
http://imageshack.us/ is also a good bet for hosting images. Plus I believe the formatting code for embedding pictures is:
[pic]insert link[/pic] for this forum. Sorry Gemini!
Failing that If you want to email the pics to me at my work address, I'll do it for you... And hopefully get a discount when I buy some off you
Catch you later!
Regards, Dan

Also try www.photobucket.com, create yourself an account and post the link here as the others say.
Interested to see how they look btw.

many thanks for the pics. this is a very contentious issue for me. I badly want to cut the vents out but have had words of caution regarding this so this might be a solution. Without seeing it in person I'm not sure whether it adds to the fakeness or not! It does look good, at least in pictures though.

I don't have the Blue Peter badge for scissor use, but I know a man who has! Seriously the pics don't do the overall look justice as I had to use the flash which makes the vynil look slightly shiney and 'washes' the colour out of the car spoiling the contrast. Most people who've seen it today like it!! Cheers, Tony
I really like the look of that. When TVR decided to close up the vents but keep the ridges I kind of went "Huh?", I mean when you think about it it's like knitting a sweater for an octopus and then giving it to your nephew without cutting 6 of the sleeves off first. The ridges in the bonnet were there to accommodate the vents, but without vents the ridges become redundant too. This aesthetic choice with the black infills at least makes it look like the ridges have a purpose.
