Heating fan query

can anyone tell em where i'll find my heating fan sensor?

is it easy to find and work on ?

fans packed in again this end ,500 miles after being sorted!!

Hi Roger, I may be able to help here, as i have just had my censor/relay box replaced, my heater blower packed up.
Firstly i was told that its under the centre console, but it turned out to be in the passenger foot well.
Its a small black box aprox size is 4"x3",with two rather large round capasitors( i think thats what they are),well mine had burned out and the complete module had to be replaced, if i had known where and how simple it was to change i would have done it myself, as it cost around £280 to fix.

Valhslla - do you mean you now know what part of the black box needs fixing etc.? £280 does sound a lot for what is probably not that complicated a box of tricks.

No i don't know how to fix which part of the module went pop, But i could easyly plug in a new one again. It was obvious where the problem in the box was, by the charred area around the terminals
