Managed to purchase a set of Tuscan seats today and they arrive next Wednesday.

They're off to the trimmers shortly afterwards to have them re-trimmed in the same full hide black/carbon combo I have on the existing seats.

Once they're trimmed we'll see how easy it is to swap the runners and install.

Now who remembers when I said no more building cars!?!

Cheers Guys,

My diary, no the whole site is still under development. All the diary entries are just place holders as I need to pad them out, add many more new ones and update the snag list (all items resolved)!

Something for the weekend perhaps....... also need to jazz the format up to make it a bit more 21st Century rather than 18th.

I'm also going to use it as a diary for the forthcoming trip to the Le Mans Classic

Alan,

Just had the new splitter painted/fitted and the paint match is spot on.

Just read the diary...

You've been having some fun since buying the car

A few more visits to the Essex Meet will have your 'gallery' page bursting at the seams.

Glad your splitter is now sorted......I bet it was a kind of 'ouch' moment every time you looked at it.

Now the splitter's sorted will have to get a piccie done for the Mid Essex website Michael

Pauline,

I get my hair cut especially

May even be able to convince the wife to come with me.

Michael

PS. Seats are here, just need to get the Trimmer to pick them up

Mike, what is it costing for the retrim? (sounds like you bought the material separately - how much material?). Please email me if you don't want to quote the price on the forum. Ta.

The guy quoted £600 the pair and they'll match my existing seats, black/carbon.
