Just picked my car up after it's 6k service. Sun shining brightly, I arrived at the dealer to see the car gleaming in the sunlight. Got in and it was running better than ever, quick blat down the M23 on my way back to the office, ending in a huge smile

Better still cost me nothing! All thanks to my dealer.

Today is good.

Its nice to read about a TVR success for a change. Everytime I take my Tamora out for a spin, I make sure I have my AA membership card and mobile with me, just in case.

I do not think my TVR's have ever let me down and left me stranded ....

Except for when the throttle cable snaped a couple of weeks ago, 6pm on a friday night. Dealer came out and fixed it there and then so was only held up a little. Still happy.

I had the same deal with TMS but unfortunately they decided to close and the MD, despite promising to sort it out before closing the company, did not honour the deal

If the company goes there is not a lot you can do! I'm banking on them lasting a couple of years to see me through

Out of interest, where did the cable snap? (so we can all go and check our nipples and routing :fnarfnar: ).

I assume it is okay to name them.... Gatwick TVR. Did a special deal for me as I relieved them of a Sagaris they wanted to shift! They relieved me of a Tuscan I wanted to shift.... seemed fair at the time.

I wanted to have fixed costs so paid full price for the Sagaris but at least I know what I'm in for.
