Does anyone have such a thing as a rear disc diagram, showing hub ,and studs attached and as to how they are located and prevented from spining around in hub when trying to tighten at correct torque setting..obv not too tight..

No, but conventionally wheel studs are splined and then pressed into the drive flange. If yours are spinning I guess somebody has pressed them out for some reason?

yes i appreciate that but id hve thought a locking washer would be in place as rest of studs are solid in situ and rear wheels started horrendous knocking/buffeting noise and thankfully when checked , before damage to life and limb , noticed this casuing wheel to move on hub

hence why like diagram of some sort so can see what should be there if studs welded or splined etc as you mention
