Latest Sprint just landed. Cadwell booking form. I'm now booked. Can't wait.

Get your names down everyone - this is the best circuit in the country.

Half of me is itching to send the form but its such a stint to get to, not that i've tracked Cadwell. Is the trek worth it.

How many hours should allow for from Essex 3 1/2 maybe

Its the best circuit in the country. I go up to all these trackdays the night before. Stay in a nice b&b with safe parking (old Vicarage near Louth is great for me - quiet too). I'm then refreshed for hooning around the track the next day. I did Cadwell from home in a day once (High Wycombe). I was knackered by hometime.

I just booked myself onto Oulton Park on Sat July 1st with Easytrack too. SPRINT says this is a provisional TVRCC day so I booked anyway to get a guaranteed space (I usually leave it too late).

With all the traffic and obstacles on the roads today the track is the only place to truly take your TVR to the limit (relatively) safely.

I can confirm that Cadwell is a brilliant track. Never done it in a car but tracked the bike there last Monday.

The main difference to others is the change in levels. One minute your going over the 'mountain', both wheels off the ground, then the next minute your going down a steep gradent braking hard for a hairpin.

Going again next month.

The T350 is perfectly geared for Cadwell too. Hold second all the way through hall bends, and drop into second just before the gooseneck and through mansfield. I'm crap on the track, but the car makes me look quite good at Cadwell Loads of runoff everywhere but one bend too (unless you're a plonker, a plonker can always find something to hit).
