just seen my 350 on the back of an AA flatbed not a pretty sight, On the way to macdonalds with my daughter when she just died on me luckily next to a bus stop so i pulled in tried retarting but nothing called the AA very nice guy turns up but sadly he didnt know much about the sp6 so could only check the basics no spark no fuel we tried the inertia switch no go so he thinks its the crank sensor. so had to have her fetched home on a wagon.
so cpl of things anyone had this before?
does anyone know if tms collect cars as obvioulsy i cant drive it in?

Oh well guess its the joys of TVR ownership, and still got loads of admiring glance and thumbs up even when it was being loaded.

Ignition fuse ? Or any other fuse for that matter ?
As the ignition and the fuel pump have gone - is it the immobiliser ?

Cheers,

Andy.

Sorry to hear this. Hope it gets fixed quickly. If you've got no fuel or spark then I'd also guess at the immobiliser or a major fuse. Sounds like the battery is still alive so it probably isn't the infamous 100A battery to alternator fuse.

Good luck and let us know what the problem was when you find it.

I sincerely hope you are having the brunt of the 'niggles' now, Darren, and then hopefully, you will start to have trouble-free fun in the car, not the ideal way to start TVR ownership though, I feel for you

I had that, it was a faulty ECU due to water ingress? Had you just washed the car or could it be that?
