Worth taking spare oil to Le Mans?

As above really! Obviously I'll be doing a fluids check before I go - it's just come back from Gatwick TVR and they know I'm off there anyway and have given it the thumbs up

Is it worth taking oil with me or just get some if needed out there? Maybe find an old lemonade bottle and clean it out thoroughly and keep a litre or so spare?

I never bother taking oil on long trips. Unless you know your car is munching oil quickly that is. You can buy 1 litre cans at every petrol station and its usually proper quality stuff from the main branded stations.
