Stone chips

I dont mean the obvious big missing chunk ones, thankfully I dont have any, but those hundreds of little white specks all over the front of the bonnet. Do they upset you? I have recently stopped wearing my glasses when washing my car to avoid seeing them. Is this just a fibreglass thing or modern paints? I owned a fibreglass lotus europa many years ago with a similar low profile as my T350 and the chips were minimal

Yep, for whatever reason TVRs seem to need a nose respray once every 2-3 years to keep them looking nice.

Mine needs its doing early after one of the headlight clusters came unstuck and lifted the paint with it. It also needs the rear light covers resealing. TVRs aren't cheap to run!

Do a search for paintshield or armourfend.

Thinking of going for paintshield myself once I get round to a front end respray.

Must say, personally it doesnt bother me. Shows me a car has been used.
