T350 Engine Water Level?

The T350 manual states that when checking the coolant level "there should be approx. 10mm of fluid visible within the filler neck". Should I presume that means when peering into the reservior there should be a depth of approx. 10mm of fluid visible at the bottom of the reservior?

Which design do you have? Two water tanks or one?

If its the latter its basically get a wooden spoon in and measure it and keep it at the same level, just below the exit pipe. If its the short one then i think its about 2cm of depth.
