.... to other people.

Out for a spin today and was at a petrol station filling her up when a young lad ran out his dads car to take a picture using his mobile and nearly got ran over. Then 10 mins later driving up to a junction and the bloke in front in is civic was to busy watching me in his rear view mirror to notice that the car in front had stopped . Ouch

At least no one was hurt and I should laugh but

I've had exactly the same problem with the Sagaris. Can be comical at times, but also downright dangerous - had one guy look at the car whilst walking into the road from behind his van and a passing car came within millimetres from him . Also saw a car being rear ended some time ago, pretty sure the driver of the car behind was too busy giving the car the once over rather than looking where he was going .

I know what you mean, a guy in a white van wanted to tell me that he liked my car by tooting his horn & waving out the window - in doing so, lost control of his white van and nearly ran me off the road!!

Had a Lady BMW passenger snap the Tiv from behind with her mobile phone as we queued up on the M6 today and then promptly showed her Gentleman driver the pic for acceptance!

All she got though was the Tiv's dirty bum with a boot load of bags, cool box, buckets with lots of car cleaning stuff (unused over the weekend as I didn't have time) and a bag full of ER TVR travel supplies with funnels, oil, water, antifreeze etc sticking out, followed by the slight smell of rubber as I accidentally added little too much gas on the off and lifted the clutch rather too quickly to the bite than normal resulting in a satisfying, but short, squealing launch.

Well, you gotta keep the spectators entertained.

In italy we had big issues with kids on scooters trying to take snaps whilst riding alongside us. The only other ironic moment came when we were stuck in traffic after a smash ahead. Our fellow furballers decided to take a detour were filtering off in lane 1 (nearside) whilst we were stuck in lane 3. Well 3 cars were so busy looking at all the cars and our tvr that then ran into each other. Luckily for us blocking lane 2 and we nipped across!

Similar event in Belgium - heading for nb'ring. Merc driving too close behind me, while slightly lost and unsure of the local speed limit, then FLASH - thought I'd been done by a sneaky intercontinental gatso, but no - Merc driver with flash gun on camera, then speeds past and waves!

agree... recently on the M4.. guy staring in his rear view drifted across into the fast lane and missed a white van by a couple of mm. It was very very close and he knew it….hopefully he gained a valuable lesson..
