Updating / Upgrading Interior

I have '02 Tamora which obviously has the original style of interior ie no chrome around the gear lever housing or around the stereo. Does anyone know if i can get an upgrade and if so where.

I had mine upgraded by the factory - £150. I've wondered about getting the Ally handbrake surround from a breaker, and doing it myself (on my second Tam) as it does look very neat.

Thanks - I hadn't even thought about the factory. £150 sounds pretty good to me.
