This weeks problem

once again folks,

the drivers side fan, (which comes on first) isnt working, the small white plug appeared to be melted so cut it out and fitted some new connectors but no luck.

the second fan does come on when it should so things dont get too hot but still a few degrees higher than it should.

im guessing the actual fan itself could be knackered, any ideas or experiences with this problem? rough cost of new fan if known?
