Hi all,
my T350 heater doesn't blow air any more, sigh.
The LED's on the rotary control light properly, & the relay and fuse are both OK.
I note that when I switch the heater on and off there is no sound of the relay being actuated, which suggests no 'ON' signal coming down to the relay.
Any ideas? Getting exasperated.

plus - I checked the heater flap zero setting - set at 16 as per PH advice.
I can hear the flap motor being set OK, so it's nothing to do with that. mad

Hi,
I have had one or two probs with my heater, the most recent one was just like yours, the problem was a simple broken wire near to the control box, don't ask me where, Castle TVR sorted it out.

Ok, Ta. Anyone know where the heater control box lives?

Was told when mine was fixed that the ecu's on the right hand side of drivers footwell, behind velcro'd panel.

Problem located:
The heater control unit in my car was located in the passenger footwell area. We found that waggling the connector to the pcb made the fan work. The problem seems to be a burned/corroded pin on the connector.
Hope this helps others with same problem.
