Paint Blistering round the headlights

My September 05 Tamora has gone back to the factory because of a reaction between the headlight sealer and the paint which has resulted in blistering. Anyone else had this problem?

Yes,
had the same on the T350 at around the back home event time

Mine did this, but the headlight cover also lifted a bit. I've just had the whole front end redone at a local place - twice as good-a-job as the factory did.

I would rather Racing Green had sorted it but the factory would not approve as they wanted to see the car and do the repairs themselves.
