How much and where do I get some touch up paint (Halcon Atlantis) ? Is it only from the factory ?

All you need is the colour code, name isn't important. Most cars have the colour code stamped on the chassis/body plate. If you find this you can get any paint suppliers to make you up any amount of paint you require, even in aerosol form.
