First time in the rain

I took her out today in the rain. Thought living in england I have to at some point and all went well apart from.....

The bloody passanger side wind screen wiper swings to far round and gets stuck....

I've tried forcing it back round and tighening the arm but it keeps happening. Can anyone advice?

What position is the wiper in at rest?

It doesnt look to high up. Is there a way to adjust it?
