T350 headlight adjustment

Hi,

Does anyone know if this is a simple task to adjust, my near side headlight is way out.
Ive done a search but didnt find any relevant info

Near side needs the panel behind the light in the wheelarch removing. Bit of a pane. Driver's side can be reached from inside the engine bay. There are some standard screw type things you turn (you can see the Drivers' side one).
