What are you expecting of the car? Only car? Weekend toy?
What budget (buying and running)?
What year / price / mileage / spec of the car you are looking at?
Main things to look out for:
Engine rebuild(s)
Clutch replacement - depending on mileage
Leaking shocks (or was this mainly an early Tuscan thing?)
How does the current owner treat the car (or if a dealer, speak to the previous owner).

Water ingress(condensation) into front and rear light clusters. If the car is in a showroom they will probably be dried out though. But you can see tell-tale water stains on the flat piece if you look through the front light covers. If it is in a showroom ask the dealer to turn off showroom lights and inspect paintwork in natural light. Be warned though you will probably fall in love straight away and totally ignore all these little foibles
