I've been having this recently; I searched the archives and found some info relating too wires in the passenger footwell. I wiggled some of these around and pushed together some of the connectors and miraculously it has sprung into life. Hardly scientific but it might be worth a go.

I've got this problem aswell. Fan lights come on but fan does not work. Fuse is OK.
I'll try this also.
