How do I change the break light bulb...

...in my T350? Have taken the cover off to get to the rear light cluster but there is a piece of fiberglass about an inch wide covering the break light. Has anybody managed to do change a bulb in theirs? If so how?

I find it easier to remove the central trim aswell.
The Brake bulb is sited awkwardly, but just requires a bit of jiggling to get out and back in.

Wear a pair of gloves too!! As its a bit sharp and prickly inside there.
