Now that's bizzare. Yesterday the same thing happened with my Sag on the passenger side.

Back to normal now (for the moment at least) so wonder whether it was a glitch with the electronics. Is yours permanently stuck?

It goes up and down with the window buttons just wont work on door release.

Check its not sticking against the rubber wedges at the top of the door opening - use soem silicon spray on them if needed - it's a common problem.

In each door catch on the b post there is a micro switch,this micro switch is what tells the window motor control unit that the door is open or closed,to check it put your knee agaist the door where the lock is and put preasure on it pushing on the door,press the door open button on the mirror at the same time if the window drops it is the micro switch at fault.Adjustment required or the door lock is loose,if you take off the chrome plate you can see if the lock is loose and you can also see the micro switch.
