Hi all
Sorry for (yet) another buying advice question. There's a 04 350T on the market near me; 22K. Looks decent and I was planning to give it a going over sometime soon. What things should I expect to need attention on a car with this mileage - clutch, is that it?
If it's had 1 or 2 owners I'd be even more tempted, I think if the car's used often then it's more appealing than a lower mileage example at a higher price. It's on for £22K by the way.

Bang on Benj. Buy on condition of the motor and how much/well it has been used. I dont know if there are still supply issues with clutches, but I think we have one in the goody box anyway if needed. Im sure somebody will pipe up about the engine, but if you drive the car and think it feels strong, smooth and gives a true S6 spread of power through the rev range, lowish torque below 3k, comming on cam at 4k, all hell letting loose at 5k and it continues pulling to the top of the rev range, then Id say you were looking at a reasonable motor. Test the engine at different rev speeds in different gears on small and part throttle openings...there should be no hesitancy. Check all the electrics and give it a decent drive to see how the fuel gauge misbehaves
