After pressing the button many times my normally erect door mirror is now flopping around.
Anyone else suffered from this problem?

You mean the glass or the whole assembly?

Yep its the whole assembly wobbling around. I presume its bolted on and I need to remove the door card to tighten things up?

Yep.

Not a difficult job on 350s/Tams/sags. Just unscrew the 3 10mm bolts under the door (hands and knees job).

They are covered by plastic grommets which prise out easily using a blade or thin screwdriver.

Incidentally, I now use a push button with middle finger whilst pushing mirror with palm of hand all in one movement approach to opening the doors. If you get into the habit of pushing the mirror upwards and backwards to assist the door then it may strain the mirror fixing.
