On a t350 it comes up as EFI code 4?
Does this Happens on start-up only & then clear after pressing the buttons?
Usually due to mix on start-up or atmospheric conditions quite a common bug so i have been informed?
I had to bump start mine due to a flat battery on Sunday and now it comes on after start-up only Clear via the buttons and all is ok until i start her again!
Dealer said it was ok to use and will probaly just need a reset to clear on the Lambda sensor.

Yea that's exactly it, only happens on startup. I cannot run the car at the moment so i just try to start it daily to get rid of it's idling problems. I'm just making sure its nothing serious 
It will be heading off for it's 1k service next week anyway but i have a fairly long drive and would rather make sure nothing would cut it into a short drive and a tow
