Did it last year in my T350 - got loads of attention (all the right sort) and was great fun getting there and back
. If you do go and its hot (was 33 degC last year), make sure you check the water each time you take her out - you will be stopped in traffic for long periods around the track so make sure she has planty of fluid to keep her cool

what does it generally cost and can anyone suggest how and where to book?
Just take a good look around here matey www.pistonheads.com/gassing/forum.asp?f=25&
or here www.clubarnage.com/forum/index.php
Cost about £300 per person, incl ferry, fuel, RAC cover, camping, general pass, food. Plus beer though
GO GO GO GO GO. Its great. If you want to sleep though, I wouldn't stay at the track! I go with a friend and we stay at a great campsite in Spay. Details with Just Tickets. Its set around a lake, there's is a very smart shower block, couldn't be better. £45 for camping all weekend. Travel Friday morning, 7.30, Dover Calais ferry.
