Been getting progressively difficult to engage gears. First thought, slave cylinder seal. So this afternoon took the ally plate off the pedal box to check fluid level. Oh no, level OK, clutch must be about knackered and only 9500 on the clock. However, on closer inspection of the pedal box, all the lock nuts on the throw adjusters for both clutch and brake pedals were loose. Tightened brake and tinkered with clutch until biting in the correct position and everything is now hunky dory. Phew, envisaged large dent in wallet. If anyone else has the same problem it's worth a look. TVRs, don't you just love 'em
