Beeps when you switch off

I have recently had my immobiliser and alarm remapped after someone kindly broken into my house an stole a set of kets for the T350. I have noticed that since then the beeps that sound when yuo switch off no longer happen. Does anyone know what they signify / do and if so do I need to get it sorted out ASAP?

Have you got the stereo facia unit fitted?

If you leave that in, it beeps at you to remind you to remove it.

Yep I only get beeps from the stereo!
