T350 Fault codes

Hi all
I have just had a new alternator fitted to my t350 but when switching the engine off i get a fault code 144 system power failure and all dash lights stay on. All in the car is working is it just a TVR electrical blip or a fault in the alternator.
thanks guys any advice would be appreciated as no info anywhere regarding numbered fault codes

Er, it means 'System Power Failure'. T-cars show the text of the fault code as well as the number. Tuscan's didn't.

Guess there is something different in the connections with the new alternator or something was disturbed. What symptoms caused the alternator to need replacing, and what is the voltage reading at tickover/when using revs?

Sagaris has same system; mine got a 144 after a new aircon pump, but taking the ecu plug out and back in stopped it.
