Just drove into the back of a van while waiting to enter a roundabout! There was enough space for the van in front of me and me to join the roundabout to I started to move as the van did. As I had one last look the van must have stopped. My fault I know but very annoying!

Not a huge amount of damage; both light covers smashed, damage around headlights and a few deep scratches. Van's back bumper has a very tiny crack and one reflector smashed.

I know about Horizon Motor Sport and Central TVR but are there any other bodyshops around please? I live in Leamington Spa and work in Redditch.

And what makes it worse is that I'm planning on going to Supercar Sunday!

Cheers.... Andrew

You could call Newlun Performance near Towcester, they specialise in TVR, Lotus, Ferrari etc and highly recommended too. 0800 0758 500.

Been to Option1 and to Horizon Motorsport. Both said a need a new front end so it's a much bigger job than it looks! About leave Horizon when it wouldn't start! They were very good and put it in the workshop straight away. It looks like the alternator so they gave me a courtesy car to get me going.

Insurance company will send an engineer to inspect it early next week before the work can start. Question now is what front end to have:-

1. Original.
2. Updated with large driving-lamps instead of fog-lights.
3. T350-style headlights

Any thoughts?

Cheers.... Andrew

PS. Anyone want a pass/ticket for Supercar Sunday? I'm in Leamington Spa which is only 10 miles from Gaydon.

In the order you gave them, but defo not #3 vomit

The reason being the angles dont work with the soft cuddly Tam shape (IMHO).

ALT,
Hello bloke, sorry to hear of your bad luck. I have had two TVR's done at 'OPTION ONE' and can highly recommend them. Frank treats the the cars as if they were his own.

Dan, the syling might grow on me the more I look at it. Just like the Sag has taken some time too (on the way back from Chatsworth turned me), hence the purchase of one to replace the late T350.

Had my 111R done at Option 1 and I would highly recommend. If I have a fibreglass car damaged again it will go there!

Great service

OK - So its not just good to be a liitle different - Its goot to be unique.

T350 lights still look miles better than standard ones !
