Loose wire in Sagaris Footwell

Having just replaced the Dashboard ECU in my Sag I noticed that one of the two wires that come down from the bulkhead and down behind the pedal box was disconnected. The wire is black and ends with a two pin female plug.

Anyone got any ideas what it is and where it should be connected?
