Minories Car Park?

Have to go to Royal Mint Court tomorrow and will be driving in the Tamora. I've parked in the one at Tower Bridge suggested by Maddog, but as I'll be carrying a couple of bags thought that I'd try this one as it appears to be much nearer (and the rain situation is also a factor).

Anyone know if this one is OK for low slung cars? And does it get packed out early or will there be spaces at about 08:00 - 08:30?
