It really depends on your driving style, I have managed an average of 31mpg (ish used one of those excel spreadsheets to work it out was 350 miles on about £50) most motorway / dual carrageway, and some start stop traffic. With my main commute road (M4) under considerable modification being stuck in traffic has decreased my mpg somewhat and I'm seeing 20mpg ish.

22-24mpg in mixed driving
less if you're pressing on and have the chance to use the revs on our clogged road network
26-28 on a long motorway run at 80-90mph
Possibly more if you stuck to 70mph.

I have done several long trips and measured usage and got 26.1mpg from Calais to Dordogne while making reasonable (but not exceptional) progress). Included the Pheriperique.

Yeah, I get about 25-26mph on motorway journeys. Can go down to around half that when driving through London.

mid 20's I think for me but if you are worried fuel consumption a TVR is the last car you should be driving.

I get about 17-23MPG depending on driving style, most of my miles are on the M62 so either sat in traffic or cruising. I bet I could get it down to 10MPG if I tried.

Like most people say, "who cares", if I wanted fuel consuption I would buy a diesel, oh I have one of those too, best of both worlds, lol.

Don't be concerned with its consumption just enjoy the car for what it is although they are expensive to run.

I get about 23mpg. I'm sure it would be more on motorway runs, but I don't do those. Must admit when I first bought the car I thought I'd be a)worried about mpg and b) forever minitoring it. Actually, other than noting I get 220-250 miles to a tank, its the least of my worries. My father's Mondeo estate struggles much past 30, for heavens sake. If you can afford/are prepared to pay ca. £20k+ for a car, getting 50 miles or so less per tank than a normal mode of transport is probably not a bif problem.

I used a tank going from Leeds to Sheffield and back on Saturday ... via the eastern Peak, Snake and Woodhead passes biglaugh and not much of it in 5th gear either!
