Yellow Sagaris at Dream Machines

I notice the new Giallo Fly Sagaris has dropped off the PH classifieds and off the Dream Machines website in the last week. Assume it's sold at last, but evidently not to anyone on PH, or does anyone know any better?

When I enquired a month or so ago they were seriously thinking about registering it and running it as a promo car, due to the lack of interest.

To be fair though, they weren't prepare to offer a penny off the screen price, so I'm not surprised it hung around.

You're right about the price, Kevin. They weren't really open to a deal when I approached them a couple of months ago, unlike Ciceley where I ended up buying my new Tuscan. It was a lovely car, although because of the lack of new Sags about I was trying to convince myself I liked the yellow paintwork whereas in reality if I'd been speccing it from new I'd have never considered a yellow car. What really made my mind up, though, was when I saw a customer's yellow Sag parked next to a reflex charcoal T350 in their yard. I'd never have forgiven myself if I'd bought it!

Its now sold, I was speaking to a salesman at dm last week and we got talking about the yellow sag, apparently a guy bought a 350 from them and loved it and decided to upgrade to the sag a cpl of months later so he bought the yellow one.

Went yellow in February..it ain't shy,but it sure do show up the Sags lines well!

You're right, I think yellow does suit the Sagaris, more so than on any other TVR, it's just that I prefer darker colours. The Giallo Modena/Fly on the DM car looked a lot better in the flesh because it's a nice crisp yellow. I personally don't like those custard yellows you see around, but then again I seem to be one of the few people who can't stand those Arancio Pearl/Atlas colours which adorn so many Sagaris.

we know we had that colour on our old chim and we actully drove your sag because we were going to buy it but we couldnt get rid of the tam

Ah, it's going well in yellow.
Getting a coolant leak looked at, otherwise it attracts humans and mating flies alike!.....Those flies must think it's a giant yellow petal!!
