Does anyone know if it's possible/worthwhile fitting bigger/better injectors ?

Also, it seems strange to me that air is drawn into the engine from underneath rather than being channelled into the engine under a bit more pressure from the front. Has anyone tried re-working the air flow into the engine ?

yes it was done on a laser blue T350 2 years ago by Dreadnought in callander, scotland. They put a vent in the front of the 'nose' and ducting connecting it to the underside of the airbox. never seen it done on any other cars though, im contemplating trying something similar to this over the winter months.

I think there is a member (yahoo?) who had the same setup on a Tuscan.

No the std injectors flow enough fuel, according to all the R.Road results.

A common idea, but a long intake tube would cause more flow loss than the tiny gains. The vacuum from the engine at high revs is huge, wind pressure is very low even above 100mph... and before going there, the foam air filter is very free flowing too!

So altogether, standard S6 = max tuned competition smile

Does sound extensive from your profile. Good to hear of a few interesting hi-spec S6 engines that should be about next year, at last. Good luck
