T350 Alarm Problems

Hi, forum newbie here!

Our T350 has been having alarm problems lately. Following some of the advice on this forum I've turned down the sensitivity and made sure the ECU was positioned correctly in the footwell to stop water ingress. However, tonight I went to get into the car and it wouldn't open. The red LED on the dash is still flashing to indicate the alarm is armed but it won't disarm or unlock the doors!

Help! How can I get in to disconnect the alarm ECU as a "hard reset"?

I was planning on giving the garage (Peninsula) a call tomorrow if I get a chance to see if they could offer up some advice, they're usually really good.
