I've been with several over the years, Mannings and Classicline being the most recent.

i was with admiral, but mannings beat their best quote by about 400 notes. I'm 24 with 3 points. The do require you have owned a tvr before but for most that isn't an issue.

Try Hagerty. Beat my A-Plan renewal by over £200, so I'm now paying about £430.

I'm with A-Plan at the moment, but will be switching to Mannings next year probably (when i'm 30 and have 1+ years TVR ownership) as they gave me an indication of the likely price and it represented a considerable saving over my existing premium. Not competitive at the moment though due to my age and limited TVR 'experience'.
