Noisy gearbox

I am hoping someone maybe able to help / calm the fears. I have recently (approx 1800 miles ago) had the engine re-built and had a new clutch on my T350C. I have noticed that the gearbox is now much noiser when I lift off the throttle. Sounds like a loud whine.

Is this something I should be worried about?
