Air Con not working
Discussion
Tamora's in for a 24k service and a having a few bits sorted.
Got the call today to run through what needs doing and on the list was that my Air Con wasn't working. That's strange I thought, my car doesn't have aircon!
Thought they would've known considering they've been all over the engine-bay for a few days.
Made me giggle.

More fool me (not the first time !)
I went in to have a look at the car and to better understand what they were doing to it and lo-and-behold there is an aircon compressor on the car.
It's not working though so I need to get it re-gassed and checked.
What a bonus - will it make the car slightly more valuable?
Cheers

PS - I was sold the car as having no air-con, that's why I was amazed when they said it wasn't working. TVR dealership sold me the car.

Sorry if this dosn't make much sense(I'm not a mechanic) but hope it helps.
My air con stopped working at one point. The first thing to do is put external power directly to the air con(just in front of the air box somewhere) and see if the clutch engages. If it does engage and work then it could be something to do with the wiring in the car. I had put in a connection between a permenent 12volts and the air con with a stwitch inbetween, in the car and it has worked as well as TVR air caon works ever since.
