An old topic I know!

My T350 is often full of water in the passenger footwell ... I've checked the door bottom plugs and the "crimps" in the door seal, which seem OK.

Interestingly, it filled up with water whilst stationary in my drive after a storm? I can't see where the water is coming from ... only the floor is soaking, the sides of the footwell seem dry?

A bit confused? Could it be from the windscreen surround?

Thanks!

It coyuld well be coming from the windscreen surround. On the way back from Le Mans this year I had about and inch of water in the passenger footwell. Tool out the seat, wet vacked it and re-sealed the windscreen and now it's dry as a bone.

Hope you get it sorted.

Could be the door has dropped.

I had a similar problem and Dulfords adjusted both doors slightly at the service before last (so 7k - 8k miles ago) and no problem since.

Thanks! To re-seal the screen do you remove the external rubber seal, squeeze gunge around the screen, then re-fit seal?

Hmmm ... I'll have a check for that one ... does that mean that the door seal isn't being squished properly?

Yep, think so. Apparently water runs along the top rubber.

Door seal I reckon, I had this and it took months to diagnose, choose a dry day and get someone to spray the door with a hose while you sit in the car you should see the leak...

Mine was where the door seal joined as it was not one piece..

good luck

Same old problem same old fix! Knock out the three bungs in the bottom of each door to let the water out and leave them out solves most wet footwell problems.

Yup ... thought that might fix it ... but it didn't?
