Just noticed on mt T350 drivers door that the window may have gone out of alignment or is nor rising all the way up properly.

There is a couple of mm gap where the window meets the roof near the B pillar as if its not raising enough to fit under the seal at the top.

I have searched the forum for adjustments etc.. but cant find any info. Does anyone know how to sort this or is it a dealer job?

Cheers in advance.

Hi Stu. I had this with my T350c, its quite an easy fix.
Do you know how to remove the door card?
Once that is removed, you will see that the workings are covered by a rubber sheet. take that off first, bearing in mind that you will need some double sided tape to mount it back again, or spray glue like it was originally stuck with, you can get both from B&Q.
Now that the workings are visible,if you look to the centre at the top of the door, you will see a small length of possibly 5mm threaded studing with lock nuts on,this is what hits a plate at the top of the door to tell the motor to stop. loosen the nuts and wind down the stud a few mm at a time, and lock the nuts each time. Its very much a trial and error thing,so only make small adjustments at a time. thats it really, good luck. one more thing for health and safety reasons, keep fingers out of the workings.

Hi Stu

As a first try, use some silicone lubricant on the rubber seals.
My drivers side window basically 'healed' itself after that!

Cheers for the replies - I will give that a go at the weekend and hopefully solve the issue. I have noticed that sometimes it does go all the way up but there are still times it does not.

One issue might be the actual body seal on the roof. The felted material on the underside has come away which could be fouling the glass also. I'll try sticking that back down as well to see if it helps.

I'll let you know how I get on.
