rubber elephant ears on door seal

need to get hold of two new ends that go on rubber seal at top of door,where the roof joins/slots up against

when up.was goin to leave it but looks like water will get in two much if left!

i still have the originals but are a bit tatty with silicon so want new really!!

so my questions are.....

1, where can i get two new ones from?

2, what is best to bond these on to the rubber seal

Its these small parts which seem difficult to get hold of. I am still trying to find a new front indicator lense but have been told it will take a while. Doh.

Side repeater's off Peugeot 206 if thats it.
If not the rest are Hella items
