First really cold day and the heater flap has stuck in the wrong position on my T350-got to love em really.
Any thoughts on a quick fix or is it a dealer job?

Go into settings on dash and find heater flaps. Take the figure down to zero then back up to 26 (don't ask why but it seems to be the popular setting!!!). That was what I was told by my dealer when I had a problem with mine. Did it cure my problem? No. Worth a try though!

Not a quick fix but if you are handy withyour tools I can give you lots of advice.

Just replaced my heater flap servo motor for the 2nd time.

It does take a bit of time and patience though

Many thanks for the replys all. Macca666 it turned out to be a broken connection to the flap motor which was quick to fix once it was diagnosed.
I cheated and had Barnet look at it while they were replacing an engine mount.

Stupid question time paperbag ... but what is the heater flap. I thought you were talking about the 'vents' in the car but of course they're all manual. What are the symptons of a broken heater flap confused

There are two boxes for the heater, one for cold, one for hot. There is a plasic flap between the two that fails due to it be plastic and heating up. Its only a matter of time before it goes wrong. Its either freed up or replaced.

This is one of the annoying items on Tvr builds that could so easily have been seen and sorted at design stage imho.
