Hi,

Still trying to get over the excitement of the new Tam! When I was giving her a bit of a clean at the weekend I was pondering about the bonnet catch - it works OK and seems secure but the corners of the bonnet do seem to be a bit kind of wobbly - has anybody done any mods to make the bonnet fit more securely at the corners? or should I just not worry about it?

Thanks,
Neville

Wouldn't worry about it.

Bonnet is only a problem when you can't open it!

Good luck with the Tam. thumbup

I'd agree with "don't worry"... trying to re-set the bonnet is not fun.

I've got some sticky furry things that are stuck at the extreme ends of the bonnet to prevent damage from the twisting bumpy bonnet. Dream machines put them all there Tams sold to solve this. (I'm soo good at describing!)

Mine has little rubber "feet" on the edges guess for the same reason, thought they were standard but perhaps not...

yes

Nothing to actually attach the corners in, though.
