Cooling fans stuck on

sagaris rad fan(s) operating when first turned on ignition and started the car from cold, was in the dark so not sure if one or both.
Is this just a blip that will go away or do I possibly need a new sensor, if so where is it.
Any help appreciated.

Are you getting a Water Warning on the display?

Try this:

They run by default on failure with ignition on

On fuse panel in drivers foot well


Fan relays are Yellow R23 & R51


They are the same as other R43,R52, R21 etc (yellow) (clever trevor part M0643)
Try swapping over to check etc

If not could be ecu water sensor on engine block at back beneath throttle body no.5

Air con trinate valve causes permanant fan running when it fails, mines gone twice now in 2 years.

Problem seems to have righted itself... for now
Can't imagine it's gone away for ever though, so I'm sure all your help will come in useful (hopefully not too) soon.
