Can't say I saw it, but one thing that has puzzled me is why THIS one has hung around for so long at HHC?!?
Whilst many others have come and gone this one has sat at HHC for literally months. I'm sure there is some sort of story behind the F1 green Saggys, and the last one I saw was at Racing Green, but that seemed to shift quickly.
From recollection this particular car is an early example, but I wonder why HHC can't shift it...

No not sold, although i had 4 calls within 3-4 hours of placing the ad.
Dont flame me for this, but id decided to buy a 360, so put the Sag up for sale, then measured the width of my single garage and found that it might be a problem getting the 360 in.
I was seriously in 2 minds about making the change anyway, the thing that really pushed me 2 decide was the missus wants a baby next year (1st) and ive always really wanted a ferrari (yes i know its not as fast and people will give w@nker signs, plus the community wont be anywhere near as good as the tvr one) but its been a life long dream ive got to try. Christmas should see adecent bonus so i thought id look.
Typically ive done what i do with most cars - buy it make it perfect (to me) ie upgrade gearbox and diff, full geo set up, all new badges, seal front lights, ecu remap etc etc then sell it so someone else can get the benefit.
Anyway its not sold - yet

I think your quite correct but the CS is way above my budget, the basic 360 is probably not as much a drivers car as the Sag and not as quick on the track id imagine but i dont take em on the track so probably dont explore it to its limits and the 360 i drove the other day felt nearly as quick certainly much quicker on b roads and more refined.Its a childhood dream, the history surrounding the marque, makes them special in my eyes, if i get one time will tell how i think it compares, can always sell at a later date and if ive saved enough buy a gallardo
PS great colour Sag TGJR looked great in the flesh at rockingham if that was you

I've no doubt that a standard (if thats the appropriate term!!) 360 is a great car and I can understand having a long yearning to own a particualr marque. Funnily enough, my brother in law had the same itch, bought a Ferrari 360 CS, kept it for 4 months and has been driving a Gallardo for the past 18 months. I've had a go and it is fantastic 
By the way, appeciate the compliments re. the red glow pearl paintwork - it certainly puts a smile on my face. Sadly I did'nt make Rockingham so must have been one of the other RGP Sags!

Gallardo would be my dream, ands thats all it is as i dont have 80k to spend and that would only get an 04 model, and as lambo apparently wont renew the warranty after 3years makes it a big risk especially when you see so many ads saying new clutch after 5000 plus £4k - By the way, appeciate the compliments re. the red glow pearl paintwork - it certainly puts a smile on my face. and i dread to think what a 5L V10 would cost to rebuild - thats not unheard of too, still i can dream

As a current Sag owner and an ex 360F1 owner here are my thoughts for those interested: 360 is fantastic to begin with, it feels pointy, it's engine sounds like an old Cosworth DFV, it's resonses are pin sharp and, after all, it's a Ferrari experience. Once you start to dig into it though it's all somewhat artificial, it's a virtual reality car. The Sag is a superior machine in every respect. A CS is a different story - a fantastic, incomparable experience unless you go for a 430 Scuderia - that's why they are still North of 100K and yes, I have driven one on track (Brands Hatch for 20 mins). If I had the requisite 100K I would buy one instantly and watch it appreciate in value over the next 4-5 Years. Sadly, I'm skint

I speak from experience. I bought my 360F1 2 days after our 1st child was born. Tip is get the mrs a 4x4 whilst pregnant to keep her and baby safe. That way you have a family car and then get your toy. Now then, do as I did sell the sag and get the F1. As i said in our emails I loved my sag but sold it after 5 months. Ive had my 360 for 8 weeks and I can confirm I will not drive any other sporting marque now. Im guna buy a F430 and a 360 spider next year.
HOWEVER if you like your cars really raw stay with the sag. Either way if you dont like the 360 you can always return to a Blackpool rocket.

Surely its the other way round Joe "If you like your cars really fluffy stay with the 360". I dont think Sagaris are raw in the slightest.YI8TVR said:

I dont think Sagaris are raw in the slightest.They're only raw when they are neglected or not set up correctly !
