WHEEL BALANCING ON MY TAMORA

hi guys can anyone reccomend a good wheel balancing garage local to bishops stortford hertfordshire essex borders
at about 80 mph i get a bad vibration through the car so i think i'll get the tyres checked first before looking further ?
anyone else had this problem on there tvr thanks keith

Mine does exactly the same. I think you have thrown a wheel weight so a straight balancing job should do the job.

80mph vibration also = bent wheel rims

Thought it was propshaft out out balance after new clutch, but
Found bent rim on the Sagaris; inside edge had a 3" flat on it!

varleyhyd if its a bent wheel rim can it be fixed or is it a new wheel

New wheel IMO. Think about how the metal will be fatigued after being dinged around.

just had all the wheels checked and found that the the front and rear nearside are buckled ! had all the wheels re balanced and hope that the vibration will go at 80 mph fingers crossed ? i'll give it a drive over the weekend
im going to do a new thread to ask if anyone has changed there 18" spiders for a different style and whether they look better and are more durable and at what cost

great news the wheel balance has cured the the problem did over 100 and no vibration
the wheels still have a buckle but no more vibration !!!!!
should i still consider changing the buckled wheels or leave alone thanks for any advice keith

i think the car's telling u that ur over the speed limit so slow down well to be honest at those speeds my hearts pumping too fast for me to notice anything else
