Dunno, maybe 2006 dampers were flakey. My 2004 is still on 4 original dampers.

Or is it a sarky comment on TVRs standard setup?

The standard Harvey Bailey dampers do have a history of premature failure.

An upgrade to the later Billstien shocks does provide big gains for little outlay but it's not something that is essential.

So what is the general concensus here? Is £33k good value for a nearly new car of this performance but with no manufacturer back up or is it too much?

Plus points - performance of cars twice the price, looks, exclusivity, 'smile factor'.

Negatives - hit & miss build quality, back-up, shocks (apparently!), lots of other things to consider when spending £33k!

Thats all I was saying. HB/Eibach originals are poor.

At £20+k a T350 is just unbeatable performance value. At £33k you're going to start APPROACHING Sag territory for another £5-7k.
