turning alarm off

As far as i'm aware this can't be done, but if anyone knows how i'd be interested to know more.
I asked the same question about a year ago as i used to keep the T350 outside under a cover which would set the alarm off when the wind blew. It was possible on the Griff i had previously by holding down the key-fob button for something like 3 or 4 seconds. It must be a different system fitted to the newer cars.
I ended up getting the alarm sensitivity turned down by Carl at Car & Bike Installations so that it wasn't affected by movement outside of the car.
Probably not the answer you were hoping for!
